Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Snappy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Snappy is a free-to-play instant fantasy sports platform. You draft real players, compete in head-to-head matches based on live game statistics, and earn ratings. Snappy does not involve real money, gambling, or wagering of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snappy. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or matchmaking is prohibited.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the App.
Exploit bugs or glitches for competitive advantage (report them instead).
Harass, abuse, or engage in toxic behavior toward other users.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
Impersonate other users or public figures.

6. Ratings & Matches

Ratings are calculated using the Glicko-2 system and are for entertainment and competitive ranking purposes only. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or recalculate ratings at our discretion, including during beta periods.

7. Beta Period

During beta, the App may have bugs, downtime, or data resets. We will attempt to notify users in advance of any resets. Beta access may be revoked at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Snappy, its design, code, and branding are the property of Snappy. NBA player names, team names, and statistics are the property of the National Basketball Association and its licensors. MLB player names, team names, and statistics are the property of Major League Baseball and its licensors. All other sports data is the property of their respective leagues and licensors. We use this data under fair use for informational purposes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
